LandMark Property Management was founded with a passion for providing high quality, Lifestyle Apartments with great customer service in excellent neighborhoods. We currently own and manage apartment communities in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; Baltimore, Maryland; and Richmond, Virginia.

Our Mission

Our mission is to become the nation's premier apartment provider. Our acquisition strategy is to buy, improve and hold. In addition to physical improvements we increase value by providing amenities such as free wireless internet, 24/7 maintenance, and to-your-door package delivery.

Our Properties

We own properties in three markets. Our Philadelphia, PA market includes six buildings designated as The Downtown Group. In Richmond, VA we own two historic properties, The Chesterfield and Stuart Court. Finally, in Baltimore, MD we own two more properties including our oldest building, The Beethoven.
